How do you take care of whiteheads and acne at home during the seasonal change?

As soon as the weather changes, whiteheads start to appear on my forehead and chin as if they're their own world. It's driving me crazy.

If I force it, I feel like it will only leave a scar, and if I just leave it alone, I get stressed every time I look in the mirror.

How do you manage in situations like this?

I've been using moisture packs frequently, but I don't think there's any noticeable change.

I'm wondering if I should gently exfoliate or just leave it alone and focus on soothing my skin.
