My skin is really bad, so please recommend a regenerative cream.

My skin has become increasingly sensitive and my skin barrier seems to have collapsed, which is a concern. Could you recommend an effective regenerative cream? I just ran out of the one I was using, so I'm thinking of switching to the recommended regenerative cream. Does anyone have any recommendations for regenerative creams that have really helped calm redness and moisturize? I'd appreciate any advice!
