I'm so stressed because I get acne on my chin regularly every month.

I always get acne on my chin and around my mouth before and after my period, and it repeats so regularly that I'm really tired of it.

The problem is that even though I know I shouldn't squeeze it, my hand just goes out of my reach when I see the mirror lol... And without fail, a brown mark remains. I've been repeating this cycle for years.

Lately, I’ve switched to putting on an acne patch as soon as it starts appearing and using a soothing toner first after washing my face. The urge to squeeze pimples has decreased a bit, but it feels like there isn't a fundamental solution yet.

How are you all managing your hormonal acne? If there's a method that worked for you, please let me know. ㅠㅠ
