I wrote a few days ago that coffee can be linked to dry skin, but I felt uneasy just letting it slide, so I decided to try cutting back for now.
I used to drink two or three cups a day as a baseline, but starting this week, I've reduced it to one and am drinking more water instead. I don't expect my skin to change dramatically just by cutting down on caffeine, but perhaps because my water intake has increased, the tight feeling I get during the day seems to have decreased a little.
It has only been a few days, so I can't tell if it's because of the coffee or the hydration, but I plan to keep this going for a month. I also made sure to apply eye cream today. My routine is gradually getting longer haha.
