What are the differences between the strengthened Shrink Universe and Elasticity Lifting?

I remember being satisfied with the jawline contouring after receiving a regular Shurink treatment in the past. I am asking this question because I am curious about the recently released upgraded version called Shurink Universe. I find it really appealing that the addition of a pen-type handpiece compared to the previous equipment allows for much more precise treatment, even on narrow and curved areas like around the eyes and under the chin.
