Now that I'm in my 30s, my skin is definitely not what it used to be... Please recommend some skincare products.

Hello. I'm a man who has just entered my 30s. Up until now, I've just gotten by using whatever my wife buys for me or applying some quick all-in-one products, but lately when I look in the mirror, my dry, dull skin is really noticeable... ㅠㅠ

In particular, the area around my mouth turns white and flaky after shaving, and by the afternoon, it just gets greasy and shiny, so I am thinking of changing my skincare routine entirely.

I exercise frequently (running, weight training), so I often feel a bit of heat after showering. Are there any products that provide excellent hydration without being sticky?
