What is the surefire treatment for those huge, holey pores in the butterfly zone? ㅠㅠ

As the weather gradually gets warmer, I can see the pores in my butterfly zone stretching vertically in real time lol. When I try to cover them up with makeup by reapplying primer, white residue gets stuck in the holes, making it look even messier ㅠㅠ. I've heard that needle radiofrequency treatments are sure to tighten pores, but I'm worried it might hurt a lot because my skin is sensitive.
