How do I get rid of deep horizontal wrinkles on my neck? ㅠㅠ

Maybe it's because I'm always looking down at my smartphone, but at some point when I looked in the mirror, I realized my neck wrinkles had gotten really deep. I'm trying my best to take care of my face and maintain its elasticity, but seeing these deep horizontal wrinkles on my neck makes me look so old and is really stressing me out. I'm wondering if I need a lifting procedure for neck wrinkles, or if applying a generous amount of neck cream and massaging at home will help them fade. Please, those of you who have successfully gotten rid of neck wrinkles, share your tips!
