Fine lines... What dermatological treatment would be good?

Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, I am very worried about the fine lines appearing around my eyes and mouth. In the past, it seemed like my skin would become taut quickly just by moisturizing well, but now, no matter how much expensive eye cream I apply, it doesn't look the same as before. Especially when I see the deep wrinkles that form when I smile, I feel conflicted, wondering, 'Ah, maybe it's time for me to start taking care of my skin.'

So lately, I've been looking into skin boosters like Rejuran or Juvelook, as well as lifting procedures like Shurink. People around me say that the results are best when you start as young as possible, but now that I'm actually thinking about it, I'm scared it might hurt and I'm worried about side effects.
