I think my nasolabial folds are starting to appear. It's not too late to start taking care of them now, right?

Lately, whenever I look in the mirror, the shadows around my mouth seem darker than before, so it bothers me for no reason. It also seems like the marks linger for a while after I smile broadly, and overall, my face looks less firm than before.

I'm still a bit scared of procedures like fillers, and if possible, I'd like to start with home care. Are there any specific care methods that help with nasolabial folds? I'm also curious if things like lifting creams, massages, and gua sha are actually effective.
