My skin is sensitive, so how should I soothe it when it turns red?
My face flushes constantly. Even just washing it leaves my cheeks rosy, and sometimes even the products I usually use feel stinging, so I find myself hesitating for a long time in front of my vanity. I’ve been looking for ingredients that can soothe and comfort my skin in times like this, but there are so many types that it’s really hard to choose. I’ve heard that ingredients like Houttuynia cordata and panthenol are good for reducing redness, besides the commonly known Cica and tea tree oils, but I’m not sure if they would suit my skin. Some people say that using a face mask containing mugwort extract instantly lowers the heat sensation, which is fascinating. However, I’m afraid that testing various products while my skin is irritated might actually cause a breakout. I’m really curious to know what ingredients are truly gentle yet provide a 확실 (certain/definite) soothing effect. Please share your valuable tips.
