How should I manage flat warts?

I thought it was a mole, but I was told it was a flat wart. I kept putting it off, wondering if it would be a big problem, but I heard it is highly contagious and spreads rapidly if left untreated, so I hurriedly had it removed with a CO2 laser. The price was much higher than before, so it was a burden, but I just went for it because I didn't know when I would get another chance. However, I heard that they tend to recur easily even after removal, so I am looking into what I can do to prevent them from coming back.

Since it is related to immunity, there are suggestions to take immunity-boosting medicine, talk about using regenerative creams, and recommendations for turmeric. There are so many different options that I cannot buy everything, so I want to know a truly effective way to prevent recurrence.
