Has anyone tried laser treatment for telangiectasia, where tiny blood vessels are visible on the cheeks?

My skin is naturally thinner and fairer than average, but at some point, faint red capillaries started showing through my butterfly zone and under my cheeks. I looked it up and found that it could be telangiectasia; I'm worried because I heard it doesn't disappear naturally and requires a redness laser treatment at a dermatology clinic to improve. If anyone has received this procedure, I'd like to know how painful it is and whether the redness lasts long enough to not interfere with daily life. My skin is quite sensitive, so I'm hesitant to book an appointment right away for fear that getting the laser done incorrectly might make my skin even redder. Please leave real reviews in the comments.
