Has anyone by any chance had a procedure to remove the red scar or visible blood vessels next to their nose? ㅠㅠ

I used to have a bad habit of squeezing and picking at blackheads and tiny pimples around my nose because I used to get them frequently. As a result, the skin next to my nostrils turned so red that it's hard to cover even with foundation. It's really stressful because I look so messy every time I look in the mirror with only the sides of my nose red. I've heard that this is caused by dilated blood vessels and cannot be removed with cosmetics alone. Has anyone had the redness around their nose treated at a dermatology clinic with vascular lasers or regenerative injections? Please let me know how many sessions are needed to see results. I really need real reviews, not just short answers.
