Has anyone by any chance tried removing those bumpy, goosebump-like flat warts under their eyes with a laser? ㅠㅠ

Sometime ago, small, flat bumps that look like goosebumps started spreading under my eyes and on my temples—they aren't milia, but they are. I looked it up and found that they could be flat warts that appear when your immune system is weakened. I'm really scared because I heard that if left untreated, they can spread across the entire face. I heard that I need to go to a dermatologist and have them removed using something like a CO2 laser. If anyone has had laser treatment for flat warts on their face, I'm curious about the level of pain and how many days I need to keep a regenerative bandage like Duoderm on my face afterward. Please, those of you who have successfully eradicated them cleanly without scarring, I really need to leave some real reviews in the comments.
