By any chance, if I go to the hospital, will the blisters around my lips from herpes go away faster?

I've been staying up late lately for exams, so I think my immune system has weakened. The edge of my lower lip started itching yesterday, and this morning, disgustingly tiny blisters suddenly popped up. I looked it up and it says it's the herpes simplex virus. Usually, I just buy acyclovir ointment from the pharmacy and apply it. But this time, the blisters are quite large, so they can't be covered with makeup, and I'm scared they might ooze. If I visit a dermatologist or an internal medicine doctor in this condition, can I get a prescription for oral medication or injections to make them go down faster? I have an important job interview in a week, so I'm really anxious. Please, anyone with experience, leave a comment.
