By any chance, will the pus on my scalp heal quickly if I go to the hospital after bleaching or dyeing my hair at the salon?

Two days ago, just to cheer myself up, I went to a salon and got a light color done, combining bleaching and dyeing close to my scalp. However, my scalp stung and burned terribly during the procedure, and starting yesterday, yellow scabs began forming on the crown of my head and above my ears. When I touch them, pus starts to ooze out. It stings so much when I wash my hair that I feel like crying. I'm so scared and stressed that this might leave a scar on that area and stop my hair from growing. I looked it up, and it seems like I might have suffered a burn on my scalp or developed contact dermatitis due to the chemicals. If I visit a dermatologist tomorrow, can I get a prescription for topical or oral medication to get it cleared up quickly? Please, if anyone has experience with this, please leave a comment. I'm so worried.
