If I cut out flour, will my skin really glow?

Lately, I often hear stories from people around me saying their skin has improved dramatically after cutting out flour.

I heard that it brightens the complexion, reduces blemishes, and gives off a natural glow from within. I'm wondering if there is actually a scientific basis for this. I really love bread and noodles, so I'm worried that it will be hard to quit them completely.

I would like to know if the problem is simply with the flour itself, or if it is due to the sugar or oil added when making flour-based foods. I would like to hear firsthand experiences and advice from those who have actually seen noticeable changes or effects on their skin after cutting out flour.

밀가루 줄이면 피부 달라졌다는 후기 은근 많더라고요.
식습관 영향 무시 못 하는 것 같습니다.
