What's good for reviving irritated skin? (Question)

My skin has completely broken out, possibly due to stress and irregular sleep.

Red breakouts that I don't usually get are popping up, and perhaps because my skin barrier has compromised, it stings and burns even when I just apply toner.

I get stressed every time I look in the mirror and want to calm down quickly, but I'm not sure if it would be better to reduce my basic skincare products or apply a generous amount of soothing pack or cream.

 

I eagerly await advice from those with experience regarding effective home care methods I can do at home besides visiting a dermatologist, or any soothing products that have been particularly effective in quickly calming irritated skin.
