Is a pore management procedure the answer?

As the weather gets warmer, I can see my pores becoming stretched and enlarged. Is it difficult to manage pores with home care alone? It seems difficult to eliminate the root cause. I don't know how to cover up the blackheads on my nose. After removing them, the pores stand out prominently in between. I am wondering if dermatologists provide special treatments for this.
