Would I be a suitable candidate for anti-aging treatments if I have sunken cheeks due to rapid weight loss?

I've been so busy lately that I haven't been able to eat properly, so as I lost weight, the fat on my face dropped drastically along with it. With my cheek fat gone, my nasolabial folds look deeper and my facial contours have sagged, making me feel so depressed every time I look in the mirror.
I felt that firming creams alone wouldn't be enough to restore my condition, so while looking into laser lifting at a dermatology clinic, I came across information about anti-aging procedures. I heard that using ultrasound or radio frequency equipment can tighten sagging skin; would someone like me, with hollowed cheeks, meet the criteria for recommended anti-aging treatments?
It is very difficult to choose which equipment to use for anti-aging treatment because I am worried that losing weight might actually make my facial bones stand out more.
I would really appreciate recommendations for anti-aging treatment programs that even those with thin, lean skin can safely undergo. If it is possible to safely boost skin elasticity without side effects, I plan to book a consultation with the director and visit the clinic as early as tomorrow. I earnestly await warm advice from experienced members so that I can return to my former plump and vibrant face.
