Is it okay to start melasma treatment regardless of the season? :)
I've been looking into various things because I have a lot of skin concerns lately, but what worries me the most is melasma.
While browsing the internet, I came across posts saying that you need to choose the right season for melasma treatment, and others saying it's fine anytime as long as you manage UV rays well, so I wasn't sure which was right.
So, I am writing this post to hear the experiences of those who have actually received melasma treatment.
Recently, the freckles on my cheekbones seem to have gotten a bit darker, and my overall skin tone looks dull, so I would like to start taking care of it.
However, since I tend to go out a lot on weekdays, I am also worried that getting melasma treatment and being exposed to a lot of UV rays might actually be harmful.
Is there anyone here who is consistently receiving melasma treatment regardless of the season? I am curious if there were any major issues as long as proper sun protection was maintained, or if satisfaction was higher when starting at a specific time.
I would also like to know if I can return to my daily life immediately after receiving melasma treatment, and if the redness tends to last a long time.
I would appreciate honest reviews from those with actual experience. I want to refer to them before I start!
