It's covered in pus. Will it get better if I get Agnes or Gold PTT?

I am leaving this question because my skin has completely broken out now that the weather is getting humid and hot. I sweat a lot during my commute these days, and tiny pimples started popping up all over my chin and cheeks. Now, they are spreading into pustular acne that hurts just to the touch. Sebum production has become so excessive that no matter how thoroughly I cleanse with foam cleanser, oil sits on the surface immediately, and I can feel my pores getting clogged. I feel like I need treatment to either destroy the sebaceous glands themselves or kill the acne bacteria. Would sebum control procedures like Gold PTT or Agnes, which are popular these days, be effective for my condition? I just sigh every time I look in the mirror.
