My melasma has gotten darker after my vacation. Which laser treatment would be best?
hello.
I have been worried about my face since spending a long time outdoors with my family on a summer vacation a while ago. I have always had faint melasma on both cheeks, but after returning from a lot of sun exposure, the melasma has become much darker, and it feels like dark spots have spread all over my face, which is a bit upsetting.
The unsightly bumps are popping up like mushrooms, making it difficult to cover them with makeup when going out, and my confidence is steadily dropping. I am wondering if laser toning or melasma treatment at a dermatology clinic can really make them fade completely. I am worried because I have heard that since my skin is thin and dry at my age, receiving the wrong laser treatment can actually irritate the skin or make it darker. I would appreciate it if you could recommend some safe nourishing/whitening treatments or laser treatments.
