I have bumpy things appearing on my arm; could this also be skin tags?

Lately, it's bothering me because I can feel a few small, bumpy spots whenever I touch my arm. At first, I thought it was just because my skin was dry, but some stay the same even after some time, while others seem to be new ones, so I'm getting worried for no reason.

I looked it up and found that skin tags usually appear in areas where the skin folds, such as the neck, armpits, and around the eyes, so I became curious if they can appear on the arms as well. When I touch it, it feels like a very small bump, and the color is similar to my skin, but I am not sure if it is a skin tag or some other skin condition.

Has anyone else visited a hospital after developing bumpy things on their arms like I have? I am curious if anyone was diagnosed with skin tags. I am even more confused because I saw posts suggesting it could be other conditions like keratosis pilaris or flat warts.

It doesn't hurt or itch severely yet, but since I keep touching it and it's noticeable, it bothers me for no reason. I know visiting a dermatologist would be the most accurate way, but it would be really helpful if anyone who has had a similar experience could share what diagnosis they received and how they were treated.
