I'm planning to start pore care. Is there a habit I should change first? Haha.
Lately, I’ve become more interested in skincare and have been looking into various things. However, when reading posts about skin concerns, I notice that pores come up very frequently. I am also concerned about the pores around my nose and cheeks, so I am now planning to take proper care of them.
To be honest, I used to think that just washing my face properly was enough, but after doing some research, I realized that pore care requires more attention than I thought. I was a bit surprised to learn that hydration and UV protection are both important.
In particular, I often stay up late and tend not to drink water frequently, and I recently read an article stating that these lifestyle habits can have a negative impact on pore care. So, I became curious about which habits I should change first to improve my skin condition.
For those of you who consistently care for your pores, what kind of routine do you usually follow? I'm also curious about your cleansing methods, skincare routine order, and dietary habits. I'm asking because I think stories from those with experience would be the most realistic.
I’ve also heard that while pore care products are important, daily lifestyle habits are even more crucial. I’m curious if this is actually true. Has anyone experienced improved skin just by changing a single small habit?
Please let me know if there are any methods you would recommend for someone just starting pore care, or any behaviors they absolutely must avoid. I'm worried that I might manage it incorrectly and just make my skin more sensitive.
