Can I consult about acne treatment for the pores around my nose as well?

I am wondering if I can receive a consultation for acne treatment specifically for concerns regarding pores around my nose. I frequently see excess sebum on the sides and tip of my nose, and my pores appear enlarged. I have tried using sebum-removing products and pore masks at home, but while they seem smooth for a moment, they quickly return to their original state. In fact, using them frequently causes redness and stinging around my nose, making it difficult to continue.

Sometimes small pimples or blemishes that look like millet seeds also pop up, so I don't think it's just a simple pore issue. In this case, can receiving acne treatment help manage both sebum and clogged pores?

I am also curious if the acne treatment process distinguishes between areas requiring extraction and those requiring soothing. After treatment, should I expect my pores to shrink completely, or should I simply expect my skin to look a bit cleaner with less sebum buildup?
