I would like to inquire about managing nose sebum and pores on sensitive skin.
I am concerned about excess sebum and enlarged pores around my nose, but my skin tends to get red and sting easily, so I am asking for advice on what kind of treatment I should receive. Because I am worried about the sebum, if I wash my face for a long time or use exfoliating products, the area around my nose turns red immediately; at its worst, it stings for several days even when I apply basic skincare products. However, if I do nothing, the sebum continues to build up on my nose, and my pores seem to become even more noticeable, so I am very worried.
There are some dark spots that look like blackheads, but I'm not sure if they are all sebum that needs to be extracted, or if they just look that way due to fine hairs or natural sebaceous glands. For sensitive skin, would it be better to manage sebum after receiving soothing and moisturizing care first, rather than extraction or peeling?
I am also wondering if it is possible to adjust the intensity of irritation according to skin condition or to treat only the necessary areas. I would like to know how to keep the area around the nose neat while minimizing redness.
