I've been reading reviews for the past few days as I consider getting some skin care, and I'm posting this because I have a few questions.
When reading reviews, I occasionally see comments saying that breakouts briefly increased in the beginning of acne skincare because the skin is still adjusting.
On the other hand, some people say they felt their skin calm down immediately after the first treatment, so it seems there are individual differences, but I am curious which case is more common in reality.
I tend to get acne constantly, so I'm worried that if I start managing it and it gets worse, I might get anxious and give up halfway.
For those of you who have received acne treatment, has anyone had the experience where your skin seemed to break out at first, but gradually improved over time?
I am also curious about how long it took for my skin to stabilize while receiving treatment. I would like to know if it is difficult to judge after just one or two sessions, or if I need about a few sessions to see changes.
Also, I would like to hear if you cut back on foods you usually ate, like alcohol or spicy food, while receiving acne treatment, and if managing your lifestyle habits along with the treatment was much more effective.
As I am just starting out, even the smallest piece of information would be really helpful. If anyone has experience with acne-prone skin care, I would be grateful if you could freely share your journey from the beginning until now.
