To what extent is recurring acne recommended for treatment?
Right now, the hardest part for me is whether my skin is really bad or not haha.
Some days my skin looks pretty good, so I wonder if I really need acne treatment, but on days when I'm not feeling well, multiple pimples suddenly pop up, making me want to get a consultation right away.
Since this situation kept repeating, it actually became more difficult to make a judgment.
Does acne treatment necessarily apply only to people with severe breakouts?
I am curious if people like me, who are usually fine but experience recurring acne at regular intervals, often start acne treatment.
I find it more stressful when the same pattern keeps repeating than when something new happens.
Changing my cosmetics only provides temporary relief, and paying attention to my lifestyle doesn't bring complete stability, so I'm starting to think I should get some counseling.
I am also worried that starting acne treatment too late might leave more marks or skin texture issues.
