Ever since I started wearing a scarf, I keep getting small bumps and red marks on the side of my chin. I'm curious about the proper treatment order.

As the weather gets colder and I start wearing masks and scarves, tiny pimples keep popping up along the side of my jaw, leaving red marks where they subsid. I feel like squeezing them at home is making the marks worse, so I am looking into getting professional treatment at a clinic.
This is something I learned while looking at this board and the reviews.
① There were many reviews stating that getting extractions done at a hospital leaves fewer marks because they separate the inflamed areas from the areas that shouldn't be touched.
② There was talk that the redness subsided quickly when soothing treatments like LDM were received together.
③ I heard that once the skin troubles subside, the remaining marks are managed separately with lasers like toning.
On the other hand, there was a lot of talk that it isn't a one-time treatment, and that you also need to change your lifestyle habits and facial cleansing methods.
I have a question to ask.
① If the problem is mainly small bumps on the chin, in what order and how often should extraction and soothing treatments be received?
② Regarding the red marks, is the laser treatment started after the skin trouble has completely subsided?
③ Should I take a break from exfoliating products or retinol during treatment?
