What is the best way to manage acne and red marks in teenagers?

My child, who has entered puberty, has recently been very worried because the red bumps and pustular acne on their face have gotten much worse.
At first, I thought it was just a phase of growing up, but
As my child kept touching, picking at, and squeezing it with their hands, red marks and even pitted scars started appearing around their cheeks.
I feel like I'm under a lot of stress and my confidence is dropping.
I'm planning to start hospital care before it's too late.
Since I am still in my teenage years, I am wondering if it would be better to start with treatments suitable for my skin condition, such as extractions or scaling, rather than irritating laser procedures.
I would also like to know how many consistent treatment sessions are usually required for acne to improve noticeably, and whether I can receive care for red marks or scars as well.
