Will the red marks on my cheeks disappear over time?

Looking at the photo, there are raised red areas and surrounding areas that look like faint traces. I am wondering if these marks will naturally disappear over time.
I've heard that red marks can linger for a long time even after acne subsides. Do they last longer if you have sensitive skin?
I heard that vascular lasers like V-Beam are helpful for red marks, and I would also like to know the difference between them and general pigment lasers.
I am wondering if I can receive the procedure immediately while the redness still remains, or if it would be better to wait until it has sufficiently subsided.
I would also appreciate it if you could share some daily care tips to prevent marks from lingering.
