I used to get pimples on my chin that were deep and festering, but strangely, since autumn started, I’ve suddenly been plagued by pimples that surface and burst. They aren't large and are just surface-blown, so they do get squeezed out; they usually heal quickly if I pop and squeeze them when they're moderately inflamed. However, because they keep appearing simultaneously, my chin remains constantly red and blotchy. The photos don't capture the redness and healing marks very well, but in person, it looks much more uneven than it does in the pictures. My face is already getting flaky due to the dry weather, but the areas where I squeezed the pimples on my chin are flaking even more roughly, and with the added redness, my chin looks so messy that it's really stressing me out. Is there any treatment that can prevent this kind of acne? Please recommend a procedure that can prevent acne and make my skin, which is currently covered in dead skin cells and whiteheads, smooth.
