Hello. My skin had been in good condition for a while, but as late autumn arrived, acne suddenly started popping up all over. In particular, I seem to be getting a lot of hard, unsqueezable pimples. I usually extract my acne at home using an extractor, but it seems really difficult to remove these deep, hard pimples at home. However, I also hesitate to go to a dermatologist just to pop one or two pimples, mainly because of the cost. How do you all handle these hard pimples when they appear? Since your pores are open on the day of extraction, I recommend washing your face gently with lukewarm water; it is best to wait until the following day to apply makeup to help prevent inflammation. You can usually feel your sebum production gradually stabilizing after receiving the extraction and soothing care 3 to 5 times at intervals of 1 to 2 weeks. If your skin tends to be sensitive and dry, Gold PTT or LDM hydration and soothing treatments will be much more comfortable than Agnes, as they are less irritating and selectively destroy sebaceous glands. The Cica moisturizer you are currently using is an excellent home care product, so please take a break from peeling agents or exfoliation for the time being and focus on moisturizing!

CommentsI found that getting a procedure to clear nose blackheads is much more effective than squeezing them out at home. After getting an Aqua Peel, I noticed significantly less sebum coming to the surface around my nose. Since peeling treatments like Lara Peel are also said to help control sebum, I recommend showing them the condition of your nose during your consultation and trying it out. The results the next day vary depending on the intensity of the treatment; I received a light session, and there was almost no redness when I went to work the next day. Because your cheeks are dry, I suggest limiting the peeling area to just your nose, and receiving moisturizing or soothing care along with it will help you worry less about irritation!
