I have recurring acne on my chin and red marks on my cheeks. Could I consult about scar management as well?

Hello. I am a male office worker in my late 30s. In my 20s, acne would only appear briefly, but over the past year, I have been experiencing recurring breakouts under my chin and around the edges of my cheeks, so I would like to seek a consultation. Once they appear, they swell up significantly and stay in place for over a week, so even though I try not to touch them, they keep bothering me.
My biggest concern is not the new breakouts, but the spots left behind. Because it keeps recurring in the same spots, large red marks have formed on my cheeks, and when viewed up close, my skin texture feels uneven. It looks fine under normal lighting, but the redness shows up clearly under fluorescent lights or when taking photos, which is causing me a lot of stress.
Currently, for my home skincare routine, I only use a mildly acidic cleanser and a moisturizer, and I rarely use exfoliating products because I'm worried they might irritate my skin. My face feels tight after washing, but as time passes, oil starts to build up around my nose and forehead, so I think my oil-water balance is off.
I have three questions. First, regarding recurring inflammatory acne, I would like to know if the correct procedure is to perform Aqua Peel or sebum control first and treat scars and marks later, or if it is acceptable to combine these treatments, such as Pico Toning or Potenza, from the beginning. Second, I have a mix of recent and old red marks; in such cases, I would like to know how to differentiate between pigment lasers and scar treatments. Third, I would like to know the typical interval between treatments and the number of sessions required, as well as when I can wash my face or apply makeup after the procedure.
I would appreciate it if you could let me know if it is okay to come for a consultation with acne breakouts, and if taking photos beforehand would be helpful. It would also be very helpful if you could share your experiences with those who have resolved similar concerns. Thank you for reading this long post.
