I'm worried about my pores and skin texture. Would collagen toning be okay for me?

I've been looking into various dermatological procedures lately, but there are so many types that I don't know which one to do first.
My biggest concern is the pores on my nose and cheeks. They seem okay when I apply makeup in the morning, but by the afternoon, they seem to stand out even more, so it's really stressing me out.
Especially the inner part of my cheeks, the skin texture doesn't look smooth, so even when I apply makeup, my skin doesn't seem to look clean.
At first, I looked into skin boosters like Rituo, but then I saw that Maypure also advertised a procedure called Collagen Toning.
Judging by the name, it seems like a procedure focused on skin elasticity management, but would it be worth getting a consultation even if I am concerned about pores or skin texture?
I really want my skin to look naturally smooth overall.
I am also concerned that my jawline looks less defined than before, so I am wondering if procedures like collagen toning, which consider both skin texture and elasticity, have very different purposes than lifting treatments like Ulthera.
I have to go to work every day, so I'm worried about whether my skin will get very red or if there will be a period after the procedure where it is difficult to apply makeup.
If I am concerned about both enlarged pores and skin elasticity, which area should I consult first?
