I'm curious about the lifestyle habits that affect the skin of middle-aged people.

As I get older, I find that skin changes are more closely related to my lifestyle habits.

In the past, I could stay up all night and still be fine, but these days, if I lose sleep, my face immediately looks puffy.

I also wonder if drinking enough water would help

I'd also like to know if cutting down on coffee or alcohol will make a difference in dry skin or wrinkles.

I'm also curious to know if light exercise like walking or stress management actually helps your skin.
