I almost sold my soul to the smell of chicken, but I finally came to my senses when I saw my skin!

I just got home from work and I thought I was going crazy. The moment the elevator door opened, the smell of chicken wafted out, and I almost had to call my diet plan... My cheeks were already flushed by the winter wind, and I was so hungry that my judgment was clouded. But I barely held myself together! I'm a very sensitive "sensitive boss," so if I eat something even slightly oily or have a bad night's sleep, my face will be a total mess the next day.

 

These days, the weather is so dry and sub-zero, and my skin feels like it's recovering much more slowly than during the seasonal transition. It's times like these that I really need to be diligent about my daily habits. I knew that if I skipped a late-night snack at this hour, I'd look completely different in the mirror the next morning, so I squeezed my eyes shut. As soon as I got home, I thoroughly removed my makeup and drank a large glass of water, and strangely enough, my hunger subsided a little.

 

You know that resisting temptation and going to bed early on a day like today is a much more cost-effective way to manage your skin than applying expensive nourishing cream a hundred times, right? If you, like me, have skin that flips over at the slightest irritation, really take care of your diet and sleep habits. If you can just get through this moment, you'll wake up with a much clearer complexion tomorrow morning! I'm just going to finish up my home care routine and head straight to bed.
