How on earth do you keep your skin from drying out in the winter?
I got my appointment time mixed up earlier this afternoon, so I went to the salon, only to come back wasted. The cold winter wind was already making my skin tingle and sensitive, which was frustrating, but wandering around outside for so long just made my condition worse. My skin is so sensitive, so even after slathering on a highly nourishing cream, it quickly wears off, and my skin still feels dry and cracked inside. I've been agonizing over my skincare routine until it's past 1 a.m., and I've been researching home care methods... I feel like applying moisturizer alone isn't enough, so I've been interested in inner beauty, which everyone seems to be focusing on these days. Do you think oral hyaluronic acid or collagen really make a big difference in combating inner dryness? I think my sensitive skin needs a boost from within more than just adding another ampoule, so I'm really curious. Can you share any special winter routines you use to stay hydrated?
