Am I the only one who struggles with facial puffiness every morning?

Maybe it's because it's winter, but my face is especially puffy when I wake up. I didn't even eat a late-night snack last night, but when I look in the mirror in the morning, I'm shocked to see that my eyes and jawline have disappeared;;

I go to work, drink coffee, and barely get home around lunchtime. Is this because my circulation isn't working? These days, when I apply foundation, I press down on the back of my ears and along my neck, but I don't know if it's having a dramatic effect.

Does anyone know any great tips for quickly reducing morning swelling? If you've found a method that works, other than just putting a spoon in the freezer, please share. Every morning is so stressful...
