Diet Supplements: Are They Effective Without Exercise?

I don't feel like moving much these days, but I keep gaining weight, which is worrying me. I've heard from people around me who have seen results from diet supplements, and it's perked my ears up. But I hate exercising so much, I'm wondering if diet and supplements alone can help me lose some body fat, so I'm leaving this post.

Are any of you Maypure users taking diet supplements? I'm also curious about any side effects, like nausea or insomnia, that come with taking them. Since I'm taking them, I'm cautious, so I'm looking for diet supplements with good ingredients. I'd love to hear some actual reviews. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
