I'm looking for advice on diet management shakes to eat instead of late-night snacks.
Night shift workers are always hungry. During those hours, I'd eat cup ramen or tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes) in the break room. Naturally, I developed severe acid reflux disease (GERD), and in just one year, I gained 10 kilograms.
I feel like my health is in danger, so I'm looking for a light, easy-to-drink diet shake instead of a late-night snack. But there are so many brands on the market that I can't choose one without being fooled.
Has anyone tried a diet management shake that contains ingredients that are easy to digest and don't cause bloating or gas, even if you eat it at night and go straight to bed in the morning?
I want to avoid something that is too artificially sweet, and I would like a product that is not bitter or greasy even if I drink it with just water instead of milk. I saw other ward teachers putting the powder in a pretty bottle, pouring water, and shaking it to drink it. I also wanted to try making something that suits my taste this time.
