How painful is it when managing a sagging double chin?

I'm thin, but the fat is concentrated only under my chin, so I really hate the look of my double chin.

I am planning to get InMode or V-Olet treatments at Maypure to break down double chin fat, but I am honestly scared about how painful the procedure will be.

I heard that it hurts more in the double chin area because the skin is delicate. If I apply anesthetic cream before the procedure, is it just a stinging sensation, or is it painful enough to bring tears to my eyes?

I am very sensitive to pain, so I want to be fully prepared before getting the double chin procedure. I would also like to know in advance if I need to wear a turtleneck for a few days after the procedure due to severe swelling or bruising.
