The central heating is driving me crazy; how many days does the effect of Vitaran last?

The apartment I recently moved into has central heating, and the floor gets scorching hot every night, making me feel like all the moisture is evaporating from my face. Even with two humidifiers running at full blast, my face feels incredibly tight and dry when I wake up in the morning, as if it’s going to tear apart.

No matter how much face oil I mix with my moisturizing cream, there is a limit, so I am seriously considering whether I should actually try salmon injections, which are said to provide deep hydration.

People around me say that if you get Vitaran, your skin has a subtle inner glow the next day, like a peeled egg, but I don't have the courage to endure the embossing marks. Will I really be able to see the full effects of Vitaran, such as strengthening the skin barrier and completely eliminating tightness?

The price is quite high, so I'm curious how long the hydration usually lasts after just one treatment. Please share your honest reviews if you, like me, suffered from severe winter dryness but found enlightenment after getting Vitaran. Please save me!
