I have dark spots about 2-3 mm in size that have appeared, and I would like to remove them. I would also like to have blemishes removed along with the melasma. Is it possible to receive treatment for both together?

The melasma and blemishes are concentrated on my cheekbones, cheeks, and temples. The blemishes are small and not noticeable unless you look closely, but as for the melasma, it looked like light spots until a few months ago, but recently it has gradually darkened to the color of milk coffee.
