Is there a specific age group recommended for lifting?
I am an office worker in my early 30s who is concerned because the overall elasticity of my face seems to have dropped significantly recently.
I didn't think I was old enough to experience full-blown aging yet, but when I look in the mirror, my jawline looks dull and I think I can see slight nasolabial folds. So I've been looking into various dermatological lifting procedures, but there are so many types that it's confusing.
I am wondering at what age is generally recommended for lifting procedures at dermatology clinics, and if it is okay to start in my early 30s like I am. I am worried that starting too early might lead to resistance later or have adverse effects, so would it be best to start getting lifting treatments consistently now as a form of maintenance?
