Request for recommendations for ampoules for inner dryness

It feels fine right after washing my face, but I am struggling because I feel inner dryness as soon as I finish my basic skincare routine.

I have the typical dehydrated oily skin type; it feels shiny on the outside, but is so dry underneath it feels like it’s going to tear.

Even applying a generous amount of moisturizer only provides temporary relief, so I am looking to get a new highly concentrated ampoule that can address my inner dryness. Is there a product that is gentle yet absorbs well to replenish moisture deep within the skin?

Regardless of price range, please recommend an ampoule that solves inner dryness and is truly a "holy grail" product.
