I have no cheek fat, so I'm thinking about getting fat grafting.

I am considering fat grafting because I lack cheek fat, but I have heard that the grafts may not survive or could take an unnatural shape. Therefore, I would like to inquire about other procedures or surgeries available to improve the appearance of a lack of facial fat, in addition to fat grafting.
