How do you all manage skin troubles when they break out?

I'm really stressed out because I've suddenly been getting breakouts on my chin and forehead lately... In the past, they would just go away on their own, but these days, the marks seem to linger. I'm trying my best not to touch them because I'm afraid it might make them worse, but managing them isn't easy. I'm debating whether I should use soothing products or visit a dermatologist. Please share any tips or ways to quickly calm down breakouts!
